Part-Time Field Marketing & Community Outreach Specialist

Compensation: $35,000 – $70,000+ annualized (Hourly + Performance Pay)
THE OPPORTUNITY
Mister Sparky is a locally owned, nationally recognized electrical service brand built on trust, safety, and professionalism.
We are looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to help us grow our presence in the community by generating high-quality opportunities through door-to-door outreach and local relationship building.
This is a field-based role — not a desk job. You will engage directly with homeowners, property managers, and local businesses.
Your role is to get us in the door. Our technicians will take it from there.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods
- Introduce homeowners to Mister Sparky services, safety inspections, and membership plans
- Build relationships with property managers, landlords, and local businesses
- Distribute door hangers, flyers, and promotional materials
- Represent the brand professionally in the community
- Track leads and interactions using company tools
- Coordinate with the office team to ensure leads are properly booked
- Comply with all local solicitation laws and company policies during field activities
- Role requires significant walking and outdoor activity throughout assigned territories
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Consistent generation of qualified leads
- High number of booked service appointments
- Strong local brand presence and customer awareness
- Contribution to revenue growth and membership sign-ups
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
- Base Pay: $18 – $25/hour (based on experience)
- Performance Pay:
- Bonus per booked job
- Additional bonus tied to completed revenue
- Monthly Bonuses: Based on performance targets
Expected Earnings:
- Part-Time: $35K – $60K annualized
- Top Performers: $60K – $80K+ (with growth into full-time roles)
