Rain City Maids is hiring a high-performance inbound sales closer. We provide the leads - you close them.
We generate 400-500+ qualified inbound leads per month from homeowners requesting cleaning services. This is not cold calling. Every lead has already raised their hand. Your job is to get them on the phone and convert them into booked customers.
Why This Role Pays Well
Our commission structure is built to reward closers, not order-takers. You earn commission on every dollar of revenue from customers you close, including recurring service revenue for 3 months after booking. As your book of recurring customers grows, your monthly earnings compound.
At 25% conversion: ~$70K-$75K/year
At 30% conversion: ~$85K-$95K/year
At 35% conversion: ~$100K-$110K+/year
These numbers are based on current lead volume. As we scale marketing, lead volume and earning potential grow with it. Higher conversion = higher commission rate = more revenue = compounding earnings.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound residential cleaning inquiries
- Conduct structured phone-based sales conversations
- Convert qualified leads into booked jobs
- Follow up with undecided prospects
- Confirm booking details and handle light post-booking communication
- Accurately log activity in our CRM
- Work Pacific Time business hours
This is a closing role. Follow-ups and light customer communication support the sales pipeline but do not replace sales responsibilities. You will be measured on one thing: monthly conversion rate.
How Performance Is Measured
Primary metric: Monthly Conversion Rate Booked Jobs / Qualified Leads Contacted
- 25%+ = Strong performance
- 30%+ = High performer
- 35%+ = Elite
Below 20% is not sustainable. We are transparent about expectations and you will have real-time visibility into your numbers throughout the month.
Commission Structure
Your monthly conversion rate determines your commission rate on all revenue collected that month, including recurring visits from customers you closed in the prior 3 months.
- 20% - 24% Conversion Rate = 3% Commission Rate
- 25% - 29% Conversion Rate = 5% Commission Rate
- 30% - 34% Conversion Rate = 8% Commission Rate
- 35%+ Conversion Rate = 10% Commission Rate
The higher you close, the higher your rate, and your recurring book compounds monthly. This structure rewards sustained high performance with real income growth over time.

- Base pay: $50,000/year
- Commission: Tiered based on monthly conversion rate, paid on all revenue collected

Requirements
- Must reside in the United States

- Prior phone-based sales experience required
- Residential services or home services experience preferred but not required
