Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Peoria, AZ. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and managing client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven abilities in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Strategic Planning, and Market Analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the food, beverage, or packaging industry is preferred
- 3 years in the drinks industry preferred
