Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the sales team with operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with order processing, quoting, and invoice generation.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, reports, and client records.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Support onboarding of new customers by providing documentation and answering questions.
Operational Coordination:
- Monitor sales pipelines and follow up on outstanding actions or documents.
- Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data.
- Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards as requested.
- Assist in managing promotional campaigns and client outreach initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
