Vigilant, Inc. is a proud and growing Seacoast, New Hampshire company that manufactures and sells our high-end, luxury products to consumers and businesses across the globe. We are looking to add an important new member to our dynamic sales and customer experience team. In this role, you will play an important part in serving our clients and supporting the business within a robust system.
The responsibilities of this fast-paced role include:
- Being the primary contact for all customer inquiries.
- Quickly fielding general customer inquiries and product-related questions
- Keenly listening and internalizing customer issues and then leading the resolution process
- Accurately administering the customer order process, and ensuring successful completion/resolution
- Analyzing and identifying key themes and recurring issues within the customer service area
- Backing up the sales team, including pre-sale functions and assisting with process documentation
- Developing a deep understanding of the product catalog and the application of our family of products
- Managing post Sale activities such as scheduling/coordinating deliverables and information
A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in a customer-facing business role and possess a spirit for surpassing customer expectations.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
