Join their TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom) group's Summer Analyst program and gain hands-on experience in financial advisory, capital markets, and deal execution. This program provides exposure to live transactions and direct mentorship from senior bankers.
Responsibilities
- Support deal teams across M&A, equity capital markets, and debt capital markets transactions
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and industry research
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, and transaction materials for client meetings
- Participate in due diligence and transaction execution processes
- Collaborate with senior bankers and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Finance, Economics, or Accounting major
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Financial modeling experience
- 3.5+ GPA preferred
- Analytical mindset
