Role Description

We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support leasing momentum and brand execution across our commercial real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, and enjoys juggling multiple high-profile projects while working behind the scene to drive results.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in executing and tracking marketing programs for multiple development projects.
- Support leasing-focused marketing initiatives
- Help maintain and organize contact lists for clients, brokers and other key stakeholders
- Assist with planning and coordination of marketing and leasing-related events
- Assist with email and digital marketing campaigns
- Create and update marketing collateral, property flyers, presentations and event invitations
- Help create, schedule and publish social media content for developments and company channels
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or a related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – a collaborative communicator
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional and positive demeanor
