Company Description:
MC Estates LLC is seeking a highly motivated Acquisitions Analyst whose primary responsibility will be originating acquisition opportunities through high-volume outbound calling and direct owner outreach. This role operates in a fast-paced, investment sales-style environment and is best suited for someone who is comfortable on the phone, persistent in follow-up, and energized by sourcing deals.
This position offers direct exposure to real estate acquisitions, underwriting, and transactions, but deal sourcing is the core function of the role.
MC Estates LLC is a rapidly growing real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and operating properties throughout the Midwest and Southeast through disciplined underwriting and direct-to-owner sourcing.
Responsibilities:
Deal Sourcing & Origination (Primary Responsibility)
- Execute high-volume outbound calling to property owners to identify off-market acquisition opportunities.
- Proactively source deals through direct outreach, follow-up campaigns, and relationship development.
- Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of prospective sellers through consistent contact and CRM tracking.
- Research ownership records, asset profiles, and market data to support targeted outreach efforts.
- Serve as the initial point of contact in the acquisition process and help advance opportunities toward LOI and contract.
Underwriting & Investment Support (Secondary Responsibility)
- Assist in underwriting potential acquisitions by reviewing financials, rent rolls, and comparable sales.
- Support the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and investment summaries.
- Help evaluate deal feasibility and investment returns alongside senior team members.
Due Diligence & Transaction Support
- Assist with due diligence coordination, including inspections, financial document review, and data organization.
- Support internal investment memoranda and transaction materials.
- Work with senior team members through negotiations, contract execution, and closing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Comfortable making a large number of outbound calls daily and engaging directly with property owners.
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence.
- Highly organized, persistent, and coachable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic real estate financial concepts.
- Strong interest in acquisitions, investment sales, and real estate investing.
Job Details
- Full-time, Monday – Friday.
- In-office (Delray Beach, FL) Monday – Thursday; Remote on Friday.
- Compensation: $65,000 base salary plus bonus for sourced deals.
