Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional B2B Sales Manager based in Pompano Beach, FL. The Regional B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow the client base, managing client relationships, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets, and staying informed about industry trends to drive strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in B2B Sales and Business Development
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and client management practices
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities; proficiency in analytical decision-making
- A self-motivated and results-oriented approach to achieving targets and goals
- Prior sales experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
