THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a driven Sales / Project Manager to grow our client base across South Florida. You will own a territory of named accounts — Florida's top shell and concrete contractors — and be responsible for renting and selling formwork and shoring equipment to their active job sites. This is a field role: you will be on job sites, talking to superintendents and project managers, building relationships.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Call on shell contractors, concrete contractors, and general contractors across Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, and the Treasure Coast
• Visit active job sites and meet with superintendents, estimators, and project managers
• Understand each contractor's project pipeline and propose the right formwork or shoring solution
• Prepare rental and sales quotes and follow up until the deal is closed
• Manage and grow existing accounts over time
• Attend industry events (ABC Florida, BASF, Latin Builders Association)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Construction industry background required — superintendent, foreman, estimator, project manager, or construction management graduate
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong communicator who builds trust naturally with contractors and job site personnel
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across South Florida
• Formwork or shoring experience is a plus — we will train the right person
