Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Memphis Metropolitan Area for an Inside Sales / Logistics Coordinator. The role involves managing customer inquiries, communicating effectively with clients, coordinating logistics and inventory, and ensuring seamless supply chain management processes. The Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management to support seamless operations
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating processes, assessing demand, and optimizing logistics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in a logistics or inside sales capacity is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
