Our client, a leading innovator in AI-driven product development, is seeking a UX Researcher III to join their dynamic team. As a UX Researcher III, you will be part of the Product Development Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: UX Researcher III
Location: Remote - 3 month contract + Chance of Extension
Pay Range: 70-80/hr
What's the Job?
- Conduct in-depth qualitative interviews with users to gather valuable insights.
- Create discussion guides, moderate interviews, and report findings to cross-functional teams.
- Drive an ongoing research program to inform product strategy for AI-related products.
- Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to develop meaningful products.
- Lead research studies throughout all phases of the product development cycle, from formative to evaluative research.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX research or related fields.
- Experience with qualitative research methods, including moderating interviews and developing discussion guides.
- Strong storytelling skills to communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational background in human behavior-related fields such as psychology, sociology, or related disciplines; advanced degrees preferred but not mandatory.
