Job Description:
We are seeking an AI-savvy marketing professional who can take our sales and marketing operations to the next level. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems that increase efficiency, improve lead generation, and enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage automated sales and marketing workflows using tools like Apollo, GoHighLevel, and others.
- Scrape, collect, and analyze data from online sources to identify leads, trends, and opportunities.
- Design and implement AI-driven campaigns and automations for email, SMS, social media, and other channels.
- Optimize lead scoring, nurturing, and pipeline management using AI and automation.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI marketing tools and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Apollo, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM/automation platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, workflow automation, and lead generation strategies.
- Strong knowledge of web scraping, data collection, and online research methods.
- Understanding of sales funnels, email marketing, and customer journeys.
- Ability to design scalable, automated processes for marketing and sales.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience integrating multiple tools via APIs or automation platforms.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content generation, predictive analytics, or lead scoring.
- Familiarity with basic programming or scripting for automation purposes.
