This family-owned, fully vertical diamond jewelry organization operates from its Fifth Avenue showroom in New York City and oversees every stage of diamond creation, from mine to market. Known for its exquisite craftsmanship and luxury sensibility, the company produces heirloom-quality pieces that combine timeless design with modern elegance. We are seeking an Events and Social Media Coordinator to amplify our brand voice across digital channels and curate exceptional in-person experiences. In this role, you will develop and execute creative social media strategies while also coordinating and supporting premium events, both at our flagship showroom and other venues. Additionally, you will provide project management and executive assistant support to the co-CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute social media content across all platforms, maintaining a cohesive luxury brand aesthetic
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns tailored to target audiences and key product launches
- Coordinate all aspects of daily social media presence, including content calendar management, post scheduling, and community engagement
- Support event planning, coordination, and execution for in-showroom and offsite events, ensuring high standards of guest experience
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to secure venues, manage logistics, and oversee event production
- Assist the co-CEO with project management tasks and executive assistant duties to facilitate smooth business operations
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of professional social media experience, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle brand
- Strong creative design skills and a finely tuned luxury sensibility
- Proven ability to develop compelling social media content and drive engagement across multiple channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
- Experience in event planning and coordination, with exceptional attention to detail and vendor management skills
- Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively in a small, close-knit team
