Position Reports To: Events Manager
This role sits on the Marketing team and partners closely with senior marketing and business development professionals to reach current and prospective institutional and corporate clients.
Compensation/Salary:
$70K–$80K
Responsibilities- Build and deploy email marketing campaigns (invitations, reminders, follow‑ups), including list selection and basic performance tracking (opens, clicks, registrations).
- Create event invitation email templates and registration forms that align with firm brand and compliance standards.
- Set up and run Zoom meetings and webinars, including branding, registration, and post‑event surveys.
- Maintain accurate speaker, registration, and attendee data and update key contacts in the CRM for audience segmentation.
- Manage and update event pages and marketing content on the website.
- Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts to promote events, firm news, and thought leadership.
- Update marketing collateral (one‑pagers, pitch materials) used by bankers, institutional salespeople, and traders in client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support marketing campaigns and client events (e.g., timelines, asset collection, approvals).
- Coordinate corporate and client gifts around events and campaigns and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with marketing administrative requests as needed.
Skills Desired- Experience with CRM or email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
- Interest in financial markets and learning financial industry terminology.
- Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets to track campaign and event performance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- A “can‑do” attitude with the ability to take initiative on processes outside of defined job scope, including motivation to research and provide proactive solutions to management.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and external participants.
- Tech‑savvy and eager to use technology to streamline work processes and improve accuracy.
