Key Responsibilities
- Research & Strategy π§
- Trend Sourcing: Scrolling TikTok and Reels to identify emerging audios, memes, and "core" aesthetics before they peak. π
- Competitor Audits: Keeping an eye on what other brands are doing (and doing it better). π
- Generational Knowledge: Being our resident expert on Gen Z/Gen Alpha slang, humor, and platform etiquette. π
- Content Creation π¨
- Short-Form Video: Filming and editing "unfiltered" Lo-Fi content, "Day in the Life" clips, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage. π¬
- Graphic Design: Creating high-engagement, aesthetic carousels in Canva. β¨
- Caption Writing: Drafting "human-sounding" copy that actually passes the vibe check (no corporate-speak allowed). βοΈ
- Ops & Scheduling ποΈ
- Social Content Calendar: Mapping out the monthβs posts so we always have a consistent flow. π
- Scheduling: Mastering Sprout Social to hit those peak engagement times. β°
- Engagement π¬
- Community Management: Being the voice of the brand! Youβll respond to comments and DMs with our specific "voice" via Sprout Social. π£οΈ
