Job Description
The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining, strengthening, and growing relationships with existing customers across the Sarasota market. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensures customers consistently experience the level of service that defines Aroma Coffee Service.
The Account Manager owns the relationship with the customer and works closely with internal teams to ensure programs run smoothly and opportunities for growth are identified.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned customer accounts
- Conduct regular customer check-ins through phone, email, and in-person visits
- Build strong relationships with office managers, property managers, and decision makers
- Identify opportunities to expand beverage programs, equipment, or services within existing accounts
- Work with the Director of Sales on pricing adjustments and strategic account decisions
- Coordinate with Operations Managers for equipment installs, product updates, and service needs
- Assist with onboarding new customers and ensure installs and program launches go smoothly
- Monitor service quality and address customer concerns quickly
- Track account activity and revenue growth within assigned accounts
This role focuses on customer relationships, retention, and growth within existing accounts, allowing the sales team to focus on new business development.

Preferred but not required:
- Experience in account management, customer success, or sales support
