As a Nexthink SME, you will be part of the IT support team supporting performance monitoring and system optimization initiatives. What's the Job?
- Provide expert support and management of the Nexthink suite, including Workspace Analytics and Cloud components.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Nexthink with other systems and tools for enhanced performance monitoring.
- Design, implement, and manage automation workflows using PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Document configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions to maintain comprehensive records.
What's Needed?
- Deep knowledge of Nexthink suite, including Nexthink Workspace Analytics and related components.
- Experience with security best practices in system administration.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks.
- Strong skills in Windows Server and desktop operating systems administration.
- Solid SQL skills for database management and data analysis.
