Core Functions of the AT&T Wireless Associate
- Consult with clients to assess connectivity, mobility, and operational needs, recommending AT&T fiber, wireless, and bundled solutions that support growth.
- Present service options with clarity and confidence, aligning offerings with client goals, industry demands, and scalability targets.
- Manage sales setup by validating documentation, confirming eligibility, and coordinating activation timelines across business tiers.
- Maintain CRM records with detailed notes, service milestones, and client preferences to support retention, follow-ups, and campaign visibility.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing usage trends and proposing scalable upgrades or add-ons tailored to evolving business needs.
Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T Wireless Associate
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or technology is a plus.
- Experience in sales, telecom, or enterprise service environments preferred.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and digital tools, with a focus on accurate data entry, sales tracking, and workflow management.
