Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Agile Project Manager, or combined BA/PM role on software development teams
- Demonstrated experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting both back-end (data, APIs, integrations) and front-end/UI requirements
- Proficiency with Jira, including hands-on experience configuring project types, workflows, screens, and automation rules — not just using Jira as a team member
- Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban) and experience facilitating agile ceremonies
- Solid understanding of the software QA process, including familiarity with manual and automated testing concepts and how QA fits into an agile delivery cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
- Experience working on web-based applications with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CSPO, PMI-ACP, CSM, or IIBA CBAP/CCBA
- Experience with tools such as Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar documentation and collaboration platforms
- Proficiency in the Vietnamese language (written and spoken) is a big plus, as we have a development team.
- Experience in healthcare IT, digital health, or familiarity with healthcare compliance considerations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) is a plus but not a hard requirement.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
