Job Title: Product Business Analyst
Contract Length: 6+ Month contract
(3 days on site/ 2 days remote)
Location: Charlotte, NC/ Irving, TX
We are seeking experienced Product Business Analysts to support Banking Operations initiatives over a multi-year roadmap. This role focuses on driving requirement discovery, supporting Agile delivery, and partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for development teams
- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to support delivery and iteration cycles
- Document business processes, requirements, and user stories with clarity and structure
- Drive stakeholder conversations to identify gaps, define needs, and align on solutions
- Utilize Jira to manage backlogs and create user stories efficiently
- Support the development and adoption of Agile practices within the team environment
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in product and business analysis, performing core BA functions
- Proven ability to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and drive outcomes
- Experience working in Agile environments and Scrum teams
- Proficiency with Jira for backlog and user story management
- Strong communication skills across business and technical stakeholders
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or banking operations
- Strong leadership presence in early-stage requirement and discovery sessions
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with limited structure
