Responsibilities:
- Manage retail performance analytics using Circana/Nielsen and retailer portals (Target, Walmart, Costco, etc.), delivering accurate insights and actionable reporting
- Improve forecasting models and increase forecast accuracy to support fast SKU expansion and continued retail growth
- Oversee promotional effectiveness and trade investment analysis, identifying opportunities to improve margin and overall performance
- Contribute to Revenue Growth Management initiatives such as pricing strategy, assortment optimization, and SKU productivity evaluation
- Develop dashboards, reporting rhythms, and analytical tools that convert syndicated and retailer data into clear insights for leadership teams
Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in the CPG industry
- Must have experience in Circana and Nielsen
