Position Summary
Lorimar Winery is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing initiatives across digital, social, and on-site channels. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys both creative work and operational coordination in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in translating marketing strategy into polished campaigns, content, and promotional materials that support winery events, guest engagement, wine club growth, and overall brand consistency.

Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of marketing, social media, or content experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional, collaborative, and positive work style
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and events
Preferred
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Hospitality, winery, lifestyle, or events experience
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms
- WordPress or website CMS experience
- Basic analytics and social media insights knowledge
Schedule
Flexible scheduling based on business needs, including:
Work Environment
- In-person role at winery property
- Combination of desk-based and on-site event support
- Extended standing and walking during events
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
