Marketing Specialist
Full-time Mon-Fri 8-5
The Marketing Specialist works with the Director of Marketing to support cross-channel marketing strategy and execution to strengthen BSR and SRE’s brand visibility, client engagement, and business development initiatives. This role provides analytical, operational, creative, and campaign support across digital, physical, and event marketing efforts.
● Support integrated campaign planning across digital and physical mediums.
● Own blog strategy, email marketing, and SEO initiatives.
● Execute LinkedIn and YouTube programs (with the help of our Marketing Specialist) to strengthen B2B presence
● Track campaign performance and recommend optimizations
● Maintain website content, landing pages, and UX improvements
● Support lifecycle marketing, segmentation, testing, and optimization
● Support event promotion and post-event engagement

Experience
Core Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
· Demonstrated experience supporting marketing, communications, or digital initiatives in an academic, internship, or professional setting
· Strong organizational and project coordination skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· High attention to detail and ability to follow established brand and messaging standards
· Comfortable working across multiple marketing channels
· Understanding of SEO, content strategy, and performance tracking
· Basic experience with WordPress
Not Required but Beneficial
· Experience or working knowledge of email marketing platforms (primarily Mailchimp)
· Ability to interpret performance metrics and prepare basic reports
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Experience supporting LinkedIn and B2B-focused social media preferred
