What We’re Looking For
- Students, recent college graduate or early-career professional
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive mindset (sports, leadership, or sales background is a plus)
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Comfortable working outdoors and in the field
Compensation
- First-year reps typically earn $80,000–$150,000+
