Desktop Support
Pataskala, OH
$32 - $33 per hour
Minimum 18 month contract (Benefits, PTO, paid holidays)
Onsite
Weekly travel to nearby sites (some overnight stays required)
We are seeking a Desktop Support professional to provide hands-on Application and Desktop Support services in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and supporting a wide range of technologies.
In this role, you will:
• Provide in-person, desk-side, and remote support to business users
• Troubleshoot PC, network, phone, printer hardware/software, and mobile devices
• Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT-related issues
• Participate in technology refresh and deployment projects
• Coordinate issue resolution while acting as the main point of contact for end users
• Support asset management processes and maintain IT standards
What you bring:
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Adaptability to new and evolving technologies
• 3-5 years of experience Laptop and desktop support
• Desktop/laptop imaging experience
• Hardware and software support experience
• A+ Certification a plus.
Technical environment includes:
MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Windows 10, PXE imaging, Active Directory, Citrix, iPhone support, Remote Desktop/Assistance, HP hardware, multi-function printers, Maximo, and Microsoft Power Apps
