Manufacturing Engineer
Growth progression in operations and engineering!
The Manufacturing Engineer will work hand in hand with Operations and Engineering to develop continuous improvement strategies and recommendations. This role will also be a leader to some operations staff, allowing you to grow your skills in delegation, problem solving and more.
Ideal Manufacturing Engineer candidate:
- Degree in Engineering
- A series of Co-Ops or internships that have exposed you to various sides of manufacturing
- Success in academics, athletics, or other extra curriculars beyond work that add leadership characteristics
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing specifications
- Identify and recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate production process and evaluate potential changes
