Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, based on long island. The Sales Representative will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, demonstrating and presenting innovative orthopedic products, and providing exceptional service to healthcare professionals. The role involves understanding client needs, identifying growth opportunities, and meeting sales targets while supporting surgeons to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Knowledge of or eagerness to learn about orthopedic medical devices, surgical techniques, and healthcare industry trends
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team while independently driving sales initiatives
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in medical device or healthcare industry sales is highly desired
