Role Description
Poppin is looking for a passionate, ambitious, and motivated Sales Support Associate to join our team. This full-time role is remote, although priority will be given to candidates who are NYC-based and can provide in person tours at our showroom in Flatiron multiple day a week. You'll support our team of Sales Executives in ensuring that the sales process runs smoothly and all needs for our sales team and customers are resolved promptly and thoroughly. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team of sales professionals, designers, and operations specialists who care deeply about delivering exceptional workspace experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Create and assist in processing sales orders.
- Coordinate furniture renderings for client proposals.
- Complete any necessary documentation to set Poppin up as a vendor with customers.
- Ensure data integrity of Poppin’s CRM (Salesforce).
- Ensure completed orders are accurately recorded in Salesforce.
- Compile and analyze sales data to help the team respond to client opportunities.
- Assist with sales pipeline management.
- Customer interfacing on smaller accounts.
- Lead showroom tours for clients at our NYC HQ.
- Sending samples & swatches to clients.
- Out of Office coverage for the sales team.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or sales internship role.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent spoken & written communication.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple requests and responsibilities accurately and in a timely fashion.
- High attention to detail to ensure data integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, changing, high energy sales environment.
- Demonstrates initiative and creative problem-solving.

Salary range for this role is $55k-$70k with up to a 15% performance-based bonus.
