Position Overview
We are hiring an E-Commerce & Operations Specialist to support Shopify management, Excel-based data tracking, photo editing, sales support, and daily office operations. This role combines customer operations, e-commerce management, product data, digital content, and light sales support.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce / Shopify:
- Manage and update Shopify product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, variants)
- Upload and optimize product images
- Maintain product data accuracy across systems
- Assist with inventory tracking and order management
Photo Editing / Digital Content:
- Edit and resize images using Adobe Photoshop
- Prepare product photos for website and marketing use
- Organize and maintain digital asset library
Data & Operations:
- Use Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) for data entry, reporting, and tracking
- Maintain accurate records for orders, products, and operations
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Customer Operations:
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries
- Answer and route incoming calls
Sales Support:
- Assist with customer inquiries, quoting, and order follow-up to support sales
- Identify opportunities to improve increase sales
Required Skills & Experience
- Shopify experience (product uploads, editing, backend management)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, data organization, spreadsheets)
- Adobe Photoshop / photo editing experience
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or product-based business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Not Required)
- Basic knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization)
- Experience with product listings, digital merchandising, or online store management
- Experience with Chatra, Roominate, or similar live chat / customer support tools (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.)

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
