- Modernize Planning Models. You support end-to-end projects that transition manual, offline-intensive workflows toward integrated, driver-based technology solutions.
- Enhance Logic Transparency. You collaborate with FinTech and StratFin to implement Allocation Explainability, improve data lineage transparency, and rationalize complex logic structures, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into financial outputs.
- Continuous Improvement. You lead workshops and perform root cause analyses to resolve process friction and implement preventive controls that ensure long-term system stability; synthesize findings into structured recommendations that balance financial accuracy, operational practicality, and long-term scalability.
- Technical Partnership. You work closely with FinTech and Engineering to align on vision, project timelines, and system capabilities.
- Change Advocacy. You drive change management efforts by effectively communicating the objectives and benefits of transformation initiatives to partners at all levels.
- Ensure Operational Readiness. You validate that new process flows and system requirements are fully operationalized and that the business is prepared for successful adoption.
