We’re looking for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working with homeowners and interiors designers by helping them create beautiful, functional window treatments.
As a Window Treatment Design Consultant, you’ll meet with customers and interior designers, understand their needs, and recommend custom window solutions including blinds, shades, and drapery. This is a consultative sales role with strong earning potential for someone who enjoys building relationships and closing sales.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients in the showroom or in their homes
- Provide expert guidance on blinds, shades, motorization, and drapery
- Measure windows and prepare product recommendations and quotes
- Manage projects from consultation through installation
- Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience (home improvement, furniture, flooring, design, or in-home sales preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales targets
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Interest in interior design or home improvement
