Position Title: Experience Designer
Position Location: 5 days in the office (onsite interview)

X Research & Design Responsibilities
- Contribute to UX research strategy and design by collaborating with the UX Research team to support client research initiatives and projects, including the development of research prototypes.
- Design user interfaces and interactive experiences using Figma.
- Partner with Business Analysts to manage work items, track progress, and maintain workflows in Jira.
- Work closely with Product Management to understand requirements and translate them into clear, actionable design solutions.
- Collaborate with Front-End Development teams to ensure the design system supports implementation needs and aligns with technical capabilities.
Required Technical Skills
- Experience collaborating between Product Owners or Product Managers and Development teams.
- Expert-level Figma experience (5+ years).
- Strong prototyping skills.
- Solid background in User Experience (UX) design.
- Prior experience within banking, investment, or financial services environments (3+ years).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with FigJam.
- Familiarity with Maze or similar user research and testing tools.
- Ability to seamlessly transition between iterative prototyping and enterprise application development and support environments.
