Job Summary: An individual contributor responsible for strengthening the organization’s ability to plan, analyze, and execute complex business changes in support of its mission and long-term strategy. The role brings rigor and structure to enterprise-wide strategic and business planning, defining options, making recommendations, facilitating decision-making, and translating approved strategy into clear, actionable plans. Working closely with the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness, this position also provides disciplined project leadership, analytical insight, and pragmatic change management to advance cross-functional initiatives. The role operates through influence rather than authority and is designed to build organizational capability, not serve as a managerial or succession role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Drive and support enterprise-wide strategic planning, business planning, and future-oriented initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
•Facilitate the strategic management process, including strategy development, progressmonitoring, and periodic refreshes based on internal and external factors.
•Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans and multi-year roadmaps over a12–24 month horizon.
•Advance complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment, sequencing,and execution against strategic priorities.
•Provide rigorous analytical and decision support, including scenario analysis andsynthesis of qualitative and quantitative inputs.
•Apply pragmatic change management principles to support adoption and sustainedoutcomes tied to strategic objectives.
•Identify and advance improvements to enterprise planning, capacity analysis,prioritization, decision-making, and execution processes through influence rather thanformal authority.
•Comfort working with digital reporting tools and dashboards to synthesize and presentinformation to leadership

Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree required
•Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business planning, and strategicmanagement.
•Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitativeinformation into clear insights and recommendations.
•Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives using disciplined project andinitiative management practices.
•Experience supporting or driving organizational change in complex, mission-drivenenvironments.
•Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders withoutformal authority.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear,decision-ready materials for leadership audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Advanced degree (MBA, MPA, or similar) or equivalent professional experience.
•Management consulting experience, particularly in structured problem-solving, strategicanalysis, and synthesis.
•Experience working in a mission-driven organization or complex nonprofit environment.
•Familiarity with enterprise-wide strategic management frameworks and performancemeasurement practices.
•Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clarity in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
•Comfort working in a hybrid environment in-office (T,W,Th) and remote (M&F).
•Demonstrated track record of influencing outcomes and driving results without formalauthority.
Travel Required Travel is expected to be between 0% - 5% of the time.
Work Environment:
The work environment is an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. The environment is also temperature controlled. This may vary if working from home.
Physical Demands:
