Job Brief:
Haber is looking for a high-caliber Founder’s Office / Business Operations professional to support our US operations. This is a high-responsibility, high-visibility role that works closely with the COO and leadership team as we scale across the Americas. This role is designed for someone with an exceptional work ethic and a strong bias for execution — someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You will operate at the intersection of sales enablement, marketing initiatives, strategic projects, and day to-day operations, acting as an extension of the leadership team. If you are scrappy, solution-oriented, resilient, and excited by building things from scratch in a startup environment, this role will stretch and accelerate you.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Cross-Functional Execution:
Own and drive strategic initiatives end-to-end across sales, marketing, operations, and special projects.
Translate leadership priorities into clear action plans and ensure timely execution.
Bring structure to ambiguity by setting processes, tracking outcomes, and unblocking teams.
Sales Enablement & GTM Support:
Support sales enablement and GTM initiatives including market research, customer insights, competitive analysis, and deal support.
Assist in developing customer-facing materials such as pitch decks, proposals, pricing inputs, and internal sales playbooks.
Work closely with sales leadership to improve execution efficiency and funnel effectiveness. Marketing & Growth Initiatives:
Coordinate regional marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events across the US.
Work with internal teams and external partners to drive visibility, lead generation, and brand presence.
Support execution of strategic partnerships and ecosystem initiatives when required. Operations & Day-to-Day Execution:
Own operational execution across multiple work streams — ensuring things move forward smoothly and reliably.
Coordinate logistics, vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver outcomes.
Step in wherever needed to ensure operational continuity and momentum.
Data, Insights & Communication:
Analyze internal metrics, market data, and operational dashboards to surface insights for decision-making.
Prepare crisp updates, presentations, and briefs for leadership.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and represent the COO in meetings or discussions when required.
What we’re looking for:
2–5 years of experience in roles such as Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Founder’s Office, or early-stage startups.
Exceptional work ethic with a strong bias toward action and ownership.
Strong execution skills — ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure. Startup mindset: scrappy, resilient, solution-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and switch contexts across strategy and execution.
Comfort wearing multiple hats across sales, marketing, operations, and strategy.
Solid understanding of business fundamentals — GTM, funnels, revenue drivers, and operational metrics.
Strong organizational and project management instincts.
Based in Chicago or open to relocating
Nice to Have:
Prior experience working closely with founders, CEOs, or executive leadership teams.
Exposure to B2B, SaaS, Industrial, AI, or technology-driven businesses.
Strong analytical skills with comfort using Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and modern AI or analytics tools.
Experience supporting market expansion or growth initiatives.
