This role will support the development, management and implementation of integrated communication initiatives across Chubb’s North America organization. The ideal candidate will be an exceptionally strong writer with experience in and/or understanding of a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, videos, branding, events, and social media. They will work with senior marketing officers and business leaders to develop effective and engaging campaigns and collateral.
This position reports to the Assistant Vice President of North America Commercial Communications and can be based in either our Philadelphia, PA office or Whitehouse Station, NJ office. The role requires 15-20% domestic travel.

Responsibilities
- Conduct research and support major marketing campaigns
- Assist in the writing, editing and proofreading of materials such as press releases, bylined articles, e-marketing copy, industry reports, social media content, executive bios and general internal and external communications for use across various distribution channels
- Support the development and production of marketing and event marketing materials, including product sheets, brochures and tradeshow and event collateral
- Assist in the production of presentations and other interactive assets
- Work closely with outside vendors to develop collateral
- Script, direct, and provide edits for internal and external video projects
- Support content and logistics for major internal and external events
- Provide oversight of the delivery of communications assets to various audiences through multiple internal and external communications channels (traditional and social media, website, e-marketing, Chubb’s Intranet, etc.)
- Track metrics and KPIs for various initiatives and build reports as necessary
- Work closely with Marketing Officers across Chubb’s North America businesses to amplify and support major marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Professional Writing or Public Relations majors are preferred
- GPA 3.0 or above required
- 1-3 years of professional experience (including internships)
- Exceptional writing skills and demonstrable experience creating internal messages, articles, presentations, talking points, and other research-based content. Should be able to share a portfolio of published work (college-level work accepted)
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat (InDesign and Photoshop experience a plus)
- Proficiency in marketing communications tools such as Canva, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Cvent, and Google Analytics a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Plays well with others
- Ability to travel 15-20%
