Develop and execute local store marketing plans for multiple Pizza Guys Southeast locations within the Savannah DMA, tailoring initiatives to each market
Partner with Operations Leadership and store management teams to plan, communicate, and implement local marketing initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, hotels, libraries, youth sports organizations, and community groups
Represent Pizza Guys Southeast, LLC — A Marco’s Pizza Franchisee at community events such as festivals, parades, school functions, and neighborhood gatherings
Coordinate and support in-store and community events including Box Nights, Kids Events, fundraising partnerships, and other promotional activities
Communicate marketing calendars, event details, and promotional requirements clearly with store leadership teams
Collaborate with store leaders to identify location-specific marketing opportunities
Develop creative marketing strategies using both grassroots marketing tactics and digital channels
Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to support innovative and competitive marketing efforts

Minimum: 1–2 years of marketing, community outreach, or event coordination experience
Preferred: 2–4 years of related experience in marketing, retail, hospitality, or restaurant environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Ability to analyze trends and evaluate marketing effectiveness
Experience managing or working within a marketing budget
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including operations leadership and store management
Passion for community engagement and relationship building

Within the first 30 days you will:
Learn the Marco’s Pizza brand standards and marketing tools
Visit and build relationships with store managers and leadership teams
Understand the Savannah DMA trade areas and local marketing opportunities
Begin building a community contact database including schools, churches, youth sports leagues, and local businesses
Assist with planning upcoming box nights, fundraisers, and local events
Within the first 60 days you will:
Launch and execute multiple community marketing initiatives
Schedule and coordinate school partnerships, fundraising nights, and neighborhood outreach
Support stores with grassroots marketing tactics such as flyer distribution, apartment outreach, and local partnerships
Begin tracking event performance and guest traffic impact
Within the first 90 days you will:
Own and manage a local store marketing calendar for all assigned locations
Establish consistent community partnerships that generate recurring events
Help stores increase guest traffic through local marketing execution
Become a trusted partner to store leadership teams across the market
