Position OverviewCharter One Realty is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our day-to-day digital marketing efforts.This role is responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and agent success through high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms.This is a hands-on role. You won’t just plan it, you’ll build it, launch it, and optimize it. We are looking for someone who understands both the strategy and the mechanics behind modern digital marketing and can connect marketing efforts directly to results.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Manage daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Actively engage with audiences through comments, shares, and collaboration.
- Partner with agents to amplify listings, open houses, events, and brand messaging.
- Monitor performance and adjust content based on engagement and results.
- Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.
- Develop lead generation strategies for buyers and sellers.
- Create landing pages, funnels, and retargeting campaigns.
Listing Marketing & Agent Support
- Execute digital marketing campaigns for listed properties.
- Support agents with marketing strategy, content, and personal branding.
- Provide tools, templates, and guidance to improve agent marketing performance.
- Help position listings online to stand out in a competitive market.
Email Marketing & CRM Integration
- Manage brokerage-wide newsletters and agent campaigns.
- Segment audiences (buyers, sellers, past clients, prospects).
- Assist in building automated drip campaigns.
- Integrate with CRM systems to track engagement and follow-up.
- Support agents in staying in front of their database consistently.
Content & Channel Management
- Manage and maintain company's YouTube and Vimeo channels.
- Oversee content distribution across all digital platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and quality.
Referral & Relocation Program Management
- Oversee incoming and outgoing referrals through the company’s global network.
- Manage and utilize the company’s relocation platform, ensuring opportunities are effectively distributed and followed up on.
- Track referral activity and support agents in converting opportunities into closed business.
Brand Management & Creative Oversight
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print marketing.
- Oversee creative development for ads, campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Maintain and update company marketing assets.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Track and analyze performance across all marketing channels.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns and agent results.
- Continuously refine strategy based on data, not assumptions.
Events & Campaign Support
- Support promotion of company events, open houses, and community initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO strategy.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms in a business setting.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, funnels, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
