Title: Bulgari Retail Management Trainee
Location: Fifth Avenue Boutique
Program Overview: The Bulgari Management Trainee program is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the luxury retail industry by providing structured exposure to key pillars of our business. Over an 18-month rotational journey, the Management Trainee will gain hands-on experience in various departments within Bulgari North America Retail or Corporate.
Program Design: The successful Management Trainee will complete three, six-month rotations across the following departments:
Rotation 1: Front of House & Boutique Hosting
- Serving as a key ambassador of the Maison and supporting the delivery of an exceptional client experience
- Support the seamless flow of the boutique by welcoming and hosting clients, ensuring elevated service moments, and contributing to a refined and personalized client journey
- Working closely with the client advisors, and boutique leadership, this trainee will gain first-hand experience in luxury hospitality, relationship-building, and daily retail operations
- Working closely with in store leadership and VM merchandising manager to learn and apply visual merchandising techniques to improve product visibility and support sales growth.
Rotation 2: Back of House Operations & After Sales Service
- Supporting with the back-of-house operations and After Sales Service to ensure a seamless boutique performance and an exceptional end to end client experience
- Contributing to inventory control, stock organization, and operational processes
- Supporting with After Sales activities, including service follow-up, retail coordination, and client communication, ensuring each interaction reflects the Maison’s standard of care and precision
Rotation 3: TBD
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree completed by Spring 2026
- Must have previous retail experience
- Must be flexible to work retail hours including holidays and weekends
- Must be available for full-time, 18-month program from July 2026-through December 2027
- Multi-lingual skills are a plus, Mandarin, Italian, French, Spanish, etc
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills, ability to connect with and build relationships externally and internally
