Summary Of Job
The Marketing Specialist, GPP supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for Grand Prix Plaza, a premier destination for immersive Formula 1 experiences in Las Vegas. This role assists in driving visitation, brand awareness, and guest engagement through integrated marketing campaigns, content development, and event support.
This position is full-time and must be on site in the Las Vegas office.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns promoting experiences, attractions, and events at Grand Prix Plaza.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across paid media, social media, email, web, and on-site channels.
- Assist in managing creative asset development including copy, graphics, and video in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure campaign timelines and deliverables are met.
- Support social media publishing, content coordination, and community engagement with external agency.
- Assist with partnership and promotional initiatives with local stakeholders, tourism organizations, and brand partners.
- Coordinate marketing support for on-site events, activations, and special programming.
- Provide general administrative and operational support for the marketing department as needed.
- Undertakes other duties within your capabilities as your manager may assign to you from time to time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in entertainment, sports, hospitality, or attractions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for motorsports, live events, entertainment, or experiential marketing is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during events and activations.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move materials up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and special events as required.
