Role Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Analyst to support our growing Operations team. In this role, you'll help keep our screen installations, hardware logistics, and vendor coordination running smoothly by tracking data, flagging issues, and building out the processes that let us scale. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on startup experience across operations, logistics, and customer-facing work.
You'll work closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and our installation partners.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule screen installations with installation teams and customers, ensuring smooth deployments from start to finish
- Ensure installation checklist processes are followed
- Support installations by inputting activation codes into the backend platforms
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, tracking performance and flagging any issues or delays
- Update and create SOPs, process guides, and internal documentation to keep operations running efficiently
- Pull together ops reports and dashboards to track deployment status and identify bottlenecks
- Manage billing workflows
- Ensure all operational steps from sale closed to installation are completed
- Support Customer Success and Sales teams with post-install tracking, scheduling, and escalations
- Onboarding new employees & contractors
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, analytics, project coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and tracking tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Clear communicator - written and verbal
- Self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out
Nice to Have
- Experience at an early-stage startup
- Uses AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, etc.)
- Interest in hardware, digital signage, AV, or retail tech
- Background in retail, hospitality, or real estate
- Basic comfort with technical concepts (APIs, networking, troubleshooting)
- Experience with data visualization or BI tools.
