Nepternship is connecting qualified students with a potential Asset Management internship opportunity at a Global Investment Firm that invests across real estate, credit, and equities. This role could offer hands-on exposure to portfolio management, investment analysis, and deal evaluation within a multi-strategy firm. Interns would work directly alongside senior investment professionals and gain real-world experience that goes beyond the classroom.
Responsibilities
- Support investment teams across real estate, credit, and equity strategies
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and asset-level due diligence
- Build and maintain financial models for portfolio monitoring and new investments
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and client materials for internal review
- Collaborate cross-functionally with portfolio managers, research, and operations teams on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Finance, Economics, or Accounting major
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Financial modeling experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding of real estate, fixed income, or equity markets
