Now, with over 25 years in the business, he and his wife run their own dealership and are looking for someone they can personally mentor into leadership. We provide daily sales training, a proven system, and a path to earning $100K–$350K+ annually for those who are driven and coachable.
Description
We are hiring for a Sales Housing Consultant with potential to move into a Manager Trainee role. You’ll be trained directly by our owner and leadership team. This is a high-commission, high-reward role ideal for someone with experience in sales, insurance, real estate, or auto sales—or anyone hungry to learn and succeed.
Responsibilities
- Greet and guide customers through the home buying process
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Work with lenders to help buyers secure financing
- Close sales using our proven process
- Attend daily sales training to improve skills
- Maintain a clean, professional showroom environment
- Keep CRM and paperwork organized and up to date
- Familiarity with social media is a plus (posting listings, sharing promotions, or engaging with leads online)
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (home sales, insurance, auto, or other large-ticket items)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Must be coachable and open to training
- Willing to work Saturdays
- Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/English)
- Basic comfort with using a computer, phone, and CRM system
