Job Title: Facilities Engineer
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Location: Midland, TX
Pay: DOE
Overview:
The Facilities Engineer supports the design, execution, and commissioning of water infrastructure capital projects across the Midland and Delaware Basins. This role focuses on produced water systems, including SWDs, water recycling facilities, pipelines, pump systems, and storage infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Execute water‑related capital facilities projects across multiple sites
- Design and support installation of pumps, pipelines, measurement skids, and flow systems
- Provide field oversight during construction, commissioning, and startup
- Support PSSRs and handover to operations
- Troubleshoot facility and operational issues
- Work closely with operations, engineering, and contractors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Petroleum preferred)
- 8+ years of engineering experience (less considered with strong field background)
- Experience with water or midstream facilities (SWDs, recycling, ponds, pipelines)
- Knowledge of pipeline hydraulics, pump design, NPSH, hazardous area classification
- Produced water or midstream infrastructure preferred
- Poly pipe systems, booster stations, and field commissioning preferred
- Self‑directed project execution experience preferred
- Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, fit for duty and agility.
