What You’ll Do as a Customer Support Representative
In this Customer Support Representative position, your primary focus will be engaging with customers directly and delivering an exceptional experience while driving results.
- Meet with prospective customers in person to introduce Kinetic’s high-speed fiber solutions.
- Provide clear, compelling product explanations and demonstrations as a Customer Support Representative.
- Assist customers with service enrollment and activation support.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best-fit solutions.
- Generate new customer acquisitions through confident, professional interactions.
- Track daily activities, leads, and sales metrics in the company CRM.
- Represent Prime Citadel and the Kinetic campaign with integrity and enthusiasm.
Every Customer Support Representative receives hands-on training in communication strategies, product knowledge, and consultative sales techniques to ensure success.
