About neuemotion
neuemotion is a full-service agency that takes BIG brand marketing to definable social audiences with science-backed creative ideas. Founded by Twitter/X’s former Head of Production, we blend storytelling, design, and neuroscience to create content that’s built for human attention.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Visual Designer who can bring ideas to life across brand systems, presentations, and campaign materials. This role goes beyond making slides look good. You’ll help shape how ideas are structured, visualized, and experienced from high-stakes pitch decks to social-first creative and brand expressions.
You should be someone who thinks in systems, understands storytelling, and can move quickly from concept to execution without losing polish.
What You’ll Do
- Design high-impact presentations (pitch decks, campaign recaps, strategy narratives)
- Translate rough ideas, outlines, or scripts into clear visual storytelling
- Build and evolve presentation templates and scalable design systems
- Create visual collateral across formats:
- Social (thumbnails, posts, ads)
- Marketing (one-sheets, proposals, sales materials)
- Light print / environmental when needed
- Support brand identity development and rollout
- Collaborate closely with strategy, production, and motion teams
- Apply and maintain enterprise-level brand guidelines
- Incorporate data visualization into compelling narratives
- Create lightweight motion when needed (animated slides, GIFs, builds)
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in visual design, preferably within an agency or production environment
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work quickly and independently while meeting deadlines
- Portfolio showcasing presentation or editorial design work
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat
- Experience working within brand guidelines for enterprise clients
- Ability to create lightweight motion for slide elements (GIFs, animated builds, etc.)
- Nice to have: understanding of master templates, standardized layouts and data visualization
