We’re a fast-growing, full-service creative agency headquartered in downtown West Palm Beach, and things move quickly here. As our Junior Project Manager (on-site), you’ll be right in the middle of it all, helping turn big ideas into real execution!
This isn’t a “sit back and learn” kind of role. You’ll be hands-on from day one, managing timelines, keeping teams aligned, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll work across creative, strategy, and leadership, helping drive the day-to-day momentum behind our most important projects.
We’re looking for someone who’s smart, super-organized, and loves being creative! The type who follows up without being asked, catches the details others miss, and actually enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments!
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Project Manager, your focus will be on the structure and flow of our projects. Your daily impact will include:
Project Coordination: Providing hands-on support to the Senior Project Manager to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.
Task & Timeline Management: Owning the project schedule—tracking daily tasks, identifying potential bottlenecks, and adjusting timelines to ensure we stay ahead of schedule.
Meeting Organization: Facilitating team productivity by scheduling meetings, preparing clear agendas, and documenting actionable next steps.
Communication Support: Serving as a reliable point of contact for the team, ensuring everyone has the information and assets they need.
Deliverable Oversight: Monitoring the progress of specific outputs to ensure all deliverables meet our quality standards and are submitted on time.
Qualifications:
No experience? No problem. If you’re smart, organized, and hungry to learn, we want to meet you!
Bonus points if you’re a current college junior (or beyond) studying Marketing, Communications, English, or a similar field. This can be your internship.
