Job Description
We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with our clients while ensuring strong performance across their campaigns.
Gravitate Digital runs Meta ads for home service businesses, and we operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role is focused on communication, execution, and delivering results.
You will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, driving retention, and ensuring campaigns are moving quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day communication with 5–10 clients
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and provide performance updates
• Collaborate on ad strategy, scripting, and campaign direction
• Review and ensure quality of ad creatives and deliverables
• Identify issues quickly and take action to resolve them
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure retention
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills (clear, direct, and responsive)
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients at once
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work hard and take ownership of outcomes
• Basic understanding of marketing or paid ads (or willingness to learn quickly)
Preferred Experience
• Client-facing experience (account management, sales, or similar)
• Experience working with multiple clients or deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with digital marketing or Meta ads
Compensation
$60,000–$105,000 based on experience and performance
