About the Role
Wings Air Helicopters is hiring a relationship-driven, high-energy professional to build and manage partnerships with 4- and 5-star hotel concierges and luxury travel advisors across New York City and the Northeast.
You will be the face of our brand within the luxury hospitality and travel ecosystem — ensuring that Wings Air becomes the go-to helicopter experience for high-end clients and curated travel itineraries.

What You’ll Do
Build Relationships
• Develop strong relationships with concierge teams at luxury hotels
• Build partnerships with luxury travel agencies and advisor networks (e.g., Virtuoso, Signature, Ensemble)
• Conduct regular in-person visits across NYC and the Northeast
• Become a trusted partner and top recommendation
Drive Revenue
• Generate bookings for helicopter tours, charters, and airport transfers
• Grow revenue across hotel and travel advisor channels
Train & Engage
• Educate concierge teams and travel advisors on our offerings
• Deliver short, effective training sessions
• Provide materials and ongoing support
Manage Accounts
• Track performance by hotel, concierge, and travel advisor
• Maintain ongoing communication and engagement
• Identify growth opportunities
Expand the Network
• Identify and onboard new luxury hotel and travel partners
• Increase market presence across the region

Who You Are
• Highly personable, polished, and confident
• Comfortable walking into luxury hotels and meeting travel advisors
• Strong communicator with excellent follow-up
• Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven role
Experience in hospitality, luxury travel, or client-facing roles is a plus — but not required for the right personality.

Compensation
Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000
Commission: Performance-based (5–10% of revenue)
OTE: $80,000 – $120,000+
