- Support market research efforts by gathering insights on consumer preferences, behaviors, or opinions
Experience
- Prior experience in market research, telemarketing, or data collection is required; training will not be provided
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to ask questions clearly and listen actively
- Excellent typing skills for efficient and accurate data entry during or immediately after interviews
- Familiarity with phone etiquette best practices to ensure respectful and professional conversations
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain respondent confidentiality
- Experience with qualitative research interviewing techniques is advantageous
